Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory products, subject to approval. Reverse pickup will be arranged from the original delivery address. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, customers may be asked to ship the item through another courier, with eligible shipping costs reimbursed as per policy.
