Returns
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return request, please contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, we will guide you t ough the return process.
If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

The product must be returned in its original packaging

All original tags, labels, and any complimentary items (freebies) must be included
Exchanges
If your order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, we offer an exchange for the same product or another item of equal value.
Our exchange policy is also valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days, and our team will assist you with the process. Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
Return Shipping

Reverse pickup will be arranged from the original delivery address only

You must be available to hand over the package to the delivery partner during the scheduled pickup

In case of missed pickups or unavailability, the return process may need to be re-initiated, which can increase the overall timeline
For certain pin codes where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product back using an alternate courier service. In such cases, reasonable shipping charges may be reimbursed as per our internal policy.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your return is received and approved.
Refund Method

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking) within 3–5 working days after processing

Cash on Delivery Orders: You will be requested to share your bank account details, and the refund will be credited accordingly

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request, you must share:

A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened

Close-up visuals highlighting the damage, defect, or missing item

The original packaging with labels and tags intact
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the request being declined. Lavera Jewels reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
Any complaint raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be considered.
Important Notes

Returns and exchanges are processed at the order level, not per individual product

Missing items in returned orders may result in deductions up to the full MRP of the missing product

This includes promotional items and free gifts

Jewellery purchased as part of combo packs or gift boxes cannot be returned or exchanged individually

Products purchased during sales, promotions, clearance events, contests, or special schemes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
