Shipping & return
At Lavera Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a request, contact us via email or WhatsApp within this period. Products must be unused, returned in original packaging with tags, labels, and complimentary items included.
Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory products, subject to approval. Reverse pickup will be arranged from the original delivery address. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, customers may be asked to ship the item through another courier, with eligible shipping costs reimbursed as per policy.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned product passes inspection. Prepaid order refunds are credited to the original payment method, while COD refunds are transferred to the customer’s bank account. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video, supporting images, and original packaging. Requests without sufficient proof may be declined.
